A classic seaside links golf course set in one of North Cornwall's most attractive towns. The course is a challenging 6006 yards off the white tees and a friendly but competitive 5806 yards off the yellows. As you start out from the picturesque first tee, which is nicely elevated and boarded by striking Cornish stone, be ready for a visual and golfing treat where many of the first class greens are unsighted from the tees and blind drives are necessary. The front nine is a relatively benign 2829 yards but the back nine toughen considerably to 3177 yards. Both index 1 and 3 holes lie in wait on the16th and 17th holes respectively before the sweeping uphill 18th takes you to the welcoming club house, a hearty meal and well earned drink. Perhaps a new set of clubs from professional Mark Yeo, where the prices and advice are the best in the west country! Bude & North Cornwall is among the friendiest clubs in the county with breathtaking views to match any club in the country.
